This is what I called as Prosperity Treasure Pot and  Restoran Tak Fok's Poon Choi filled with with premium ingredients that ideal for reunion dinner. Celebrate Chinese New Year with Premium Poon Choi to welcome the fiery rooster. Poon Choi is traditional  Chinese dish originated from Hong Kong. The dish is arranged layer by layer in a big wooden bowl or steel bowl.
