This braised pork knuckles will fill the whole restaurant with heavenly aroma. The pork knuckles boil for certain hours and the finished result is meltingly tender pork with fantastic sauce. Slow-braised pork knuckles is their signature dish and highly recommended by chef Tommy Tara.

The texture of the Tom Yam is thicker while the taste of the soup just nice as spiciness level is medium. The Tom Yum Gong really increase your appetite level.
Steam fish always my favorite dish due to the healthy cooking style and it maintains the sweetness of fish meat plus the taste. The unique of the steam fish is the it been steam in hot pot to maintain the heat and taste.
